Before co-founding ADF, he had a distinguished career in corporate world as Business Leader with Bennett, Coleman & Co. Ltd (The Times Group) and H&R Johnson. Manoj Dwivedi is philanthropist by nature has supported underprivileged families around him throughout his life. As an empathetic father himself, he has provided financial aid to needy families for their daughter’s marriage. During covid, he not only helped needy with daily essentials but also assisted many critical patients with life-saving medicines and hospitalization. With the founding of ADF in memory of his son, he is institutionalizing his philanthropic activities to expand the scale and increase the reach of social work.
